Day 1:
Every year, Christmas is a great day in Peace Land. Everyone sings Christmas carrols, drinks hot chocolate around a bonfire, and exchanges gifts. The entire society decorates a giant tree together. No one is left home on this day, and no one will be alone. Everyone shares the gifts they are given. In the morning there are large bufffets of food. A group of volunteers cook the food and everyone gathers together and talks. Usualy then, people go home, do chores, and t hen prepare for the night time festivities. At night everyone meets at the town hall and exchages gifts. Before hand everyone had picked names out of hat. No one was left out of this activity. Everyone then eats the food that everyone had brought. People sing, laugh, and have a good time. This is what Christmas is like in Peace Land.
Day 2:
This is how a day would go for a young girl. In the morning she would wake up around ten o'clock am. It is important for everyone to get enough rest so that they can perform efficently. Her mother would then have pancakes waiting on the table with fruit and a glass of orange juice. She was eat her breakfast and then shower and get ready for school. School starts at eleven o'clock am. When she gets to school she has math class. She then goes to science, social studies, gym, english, art, and lastly spanish. She ends school at four o'clock pm. On her walks home from school, she reflects on her day by taking a walk through the park. This helps her relax. She then helps her mother cook dinner for her father and spends time with her friends. When she's done spending time with her friends she does her homework. After homework she spends time with her mother and father either watching tv or playing a game. This is what a day is like when a young girl would have school.
Day 3:
On saturdays a young girl does not go to school. Once again she usualy wakes up at about ten o'clock am. She then goes to church at eleven am. Everyone in this society is christian. Church is usually an hour. After church she goes to work. Girls work at restaurants and boys work where there is more physical labor needed. The shift usualy goes until four-thirty pm. After that she goes home and eats dinner with her family. Eating dinner as a family is something in this society that people do everyday. After dinner she will go out with her friends. Sometimes the might go to a movie, go bowling, take a walk in the park, or go shopping. Her curfew is one in the morning. She then goes to sleep, and prepares for the next day.

Very creative and thorough overall, although they aren't really journal entries so much as more detailed versions of your itinerary...Put it more in the first person (ie I did this today and, OMG, it was the coolest!)
